Parcels are shipped via Canada Post to most parts of the world. Wherever possible we endeavor to add insurance and tracking options, and will provide you with at tracking number as soon as your parcel is shipped.

In most situations we strive to ship your jewellery order within 3 business days.  We will let you know if we need more time than this to complete your order.

Shipping costs are as follows (prices are listed in Canadian dollars):

       Canada destinations:    Free delivery (Canada Post)

​

       U.S.A. destinations:        $20.00

​

       European destinations:  $30.00

Please Note:

1.  We can courier items at your request, on a cost recovery basis.  Before finalizing your      shipment we will contact you with an exact shipping cost.  Once you agree to this and

     submit your payment to us we will process your shipment.

2.  We cannot control shipping delays caused postal systems or customs. Buyers are 

     responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. Our 

     purchase fees include initial shipping and insurance (where possible).
