1. We gladly accept exchanges on regular orders:

          a. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

          b. Send items back within 21 days of delivery

 

2.  We don't accept returns or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems  

     with your order.

 

3.  We can't accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders unless they 

     arrive damaged or defective.

4.  Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original 

     condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
